ONLINE ORDERS: Standard Shipping for all orders is 7-10 days, there are no expected delays at this time. 

If an item arrives damaged please email contact@lunabeautylounge.store with photos & as much detail as possible. We do not issue refunds on completed services or opened products. 

VIRTUAL CONSULTATIONS: Please be aware of all times when booking an appointment.

Please do not arrive more than 10 minutes late or your appointment will need to be rescheduled.

Please make sure you have filled out the intake from PRIOR TO your Virtual Skin Consultation.

Please make sure you are in a quiet, distraction free environment for your appointment.
